On Monday, December 5th, Jill Brennan was sworn in as City Assessor in a brief ceremony conducted by City Clerk Richard Jones. Ms. Brennan has served the City for over 19 years as its Assistant Assessor and replaces Dan Raycroft, who retired last Friday after 26 years with the Newburyport.
